Receptionist  : Good morning. Can I help you, sir ?

Mr. Ahmad   : Yes. I'd like to see the manager. Is he in today?

Receptionist  :  Oh! Yes, sir. Have you got an appointment with him ?

Mr. Ahmad   : Yes. I've got an appointment at ten o'clock. And now It's nine fifty five, isn't it?

Receptionist  : Yes, it is. The manager has still got somebody in with him. Would you mind waiting a moment. Please sit down, sir.

Mr. Ahmad   : Thank you.

Receptionist  : May I have your name and address, please ?

Mr. Ahmad   : Yes, my name's Ahmad. And my address is Jalan Dr.Cipto No.9.

Receptionist  :  Mr. Ahmd, from Jalan Dr.Cipto.... Oh, here it is. Yes,sir. Your appointment is at ten o'clock.

Mr. Ahmad   : Yes. That's right.

Receptionist  : Well, sir. I'm sure that the manager will see you in a few minutes. Would you like something to drink, Sir,while you are waiting.

Mr. Ahmad   : No, thank you. I've had my coffee.

                       But I would appreciate something to read, if there is any.

Receptionist  : Yes, Sir. There are some newspapers and magazines under the table.

Mr. Ahmad   : Thank you.
